President of Smart Syndic and Co-founder of the SYNEO network, Laurent is a graduate of the French business school KEDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL and has a Masters in Law.
He began his career in real estate as a Condominium Manager and then Condominium Director.
Finally, he opened his first trustee’s office at the age of 37 and after several years of management he joined forces with Pascal Maubé in 2009 during a merger.
True experts in the field of trustees, they both continue their fruitful collaboration with more than 9 companies to their credit, 120 collaborators and nearly 35,000 trustee lots.

Managing Director of Smart Syndic and also Co-founder of the French real estate network SYNEO, Pascal has been immersed since his childhood in the world of Condominium Syndic through the family firm. After a Master’s degree in Business Law, he also started like Laurent as a Manager then Director of condominiums. Finally, he took over the management of the family firm SIGAMA in 2001.
Pascal then joined forces with Laurent PONSOT in 2009 when their two trustee firms merged, each managing more than 7,000 condominium lots. This merger led to the creation of the first and largest firm in the SYNEO network, the IMMOBILIERE PATRIMOINE & FINANCES firm.
In 2013, Pascal and Laurent launched the concept of digital trustee in France “Lebonsyndic.com” and in 2015 the SYNEO Real Estate network, bringing together more than 10 separate firms specializing in property management.
Expert-comptable | Directrice Administrative & Financière
Fabienne nous a rejoints en septembre en tant que Directrice Financière de SMART SYNDIC. En parallèle, elle exerce ses talents au sein de notre partenaire SYNEO dans la gestion de 7 cabinets de syndics en France (IPF, COGESTIM, AZUR PROVENCE, ALLIANCE IMMOBILIERE 13, FIRST GESTION, LEBONSYNDIC.COM).
Auparavant, elle a travaillé 12 ans en tant que Expert-comptable Commissaire au Compte au sein d’un cabinet d’expertise comptable Marseillais. Forte de ce savoir-faire, elle accompagne Laurent Ponsot et Pascal Maubé dans leur stratégie d’expansion en France et à l’international.
Directeur adjoint
Directeur adjoint de The Smart Syndic, David est titulaire d’un double master en Management et en Intelligence économique. Il débuta sa carrière dans une prestigieuse entreprise mauricienne.
Audacieux, David réorienta son coeur de métier et parti en France pour se former au métier de Syndic.The Smart Syndic vit le jour dès son retour sur l’île, en partenariat avec la groupe Syneo.
