About us?

The Smart Syndic was incorporated in 2016 by its co-founders with the aim to support the Mauritians as well as the foreigners in their property investment

The Smart Syndic is a trustee network of proximity which ensures all the missions of syndic; and bound by the Mauritian Civil code who is familiar with the French Civil code (Code Napoleon).

The board of directors and the management of the company are composed of young professionals and two experienced specialist of the syndic and other real estate services such as the transaction and rental management.
